The Short Version

Our Apps are tools that run on your own device or inside your own accounts. You control the credentials and destinations you configure. Delivery and availability are best-effort, the Apps are provided “as is”, and you are responsible for using them lawfully.

These terms cover our apps and extensions. For how they handle your data, see the Apps & Extensions Privacy Policy. For the 301.st web platform and account (app.301.st), see the separate 301.st Terms of Service.

Scope — What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to the software products (the “Apps”) that 301.st publishes on distribution platforms such as the Chrome Web Store and the Google Workspace Marketplace. They apply to each App individually and to all of them collectively, and to future Apps that 301.st releases under the same brand and the same model, unless that App provides its own separate terms.

Apps covered today include, without limitation:

App Type What it does
Forms → Telegram Google Workspace add-on Sends each new response of a Google Form you own to a Telegram chat of your choice, using your own bot
Redirect Inspector Browser extension Traces the network requests and redirect chains of pages you actively inspect
Geo Tier Builder Browser extension Helps you build and export geo-tier configurations locally in your browser
Flag Theme Generator Browser extension Generates theme assets from your settings and lets you download the result
Future 301.st Apps Extension or add-on As described in the App's store listing

Your Responsibilities

  • Your credentials. Where an App uses a credential you provide — for example, your own Telegram bot and bot token in Forms → Telegram — you provide and control it. Keep it secret; you are responsible for its use.
  • Third-party terms. Your use of the platforms an App connects to is subject to their own terms: Google's Terms of Service for Google Forms and Apps Script, Telegram's Terms of Service for Telegram, and the relevant store's terms for the distribution platform.
  • Content & consent. You are responsible for the content you process or send through an App, and for having any consent required to do so — for example, to forward form responses to your chosen destination.
  • Lawful use. You will comply with all laws applicable to your use of the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any App to:

  • send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited (spam) messages;
  • violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
  • circumvent a platform's rules, rate limits, or security measures; or
  • reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the App, except to the extent the law expressly permits.

Availability & Best-Effort Delivery

Our Apps operate on a best-effort basis, with reasonable error handling and, where applicable, retries — but availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Third-party factors outside our control (platform availability, rate limits, an invalid or revoked token or key, and Google Apps Script or browser quotas or outages) can delay or prevent an App from performing its function.

For delivery-oriented Apps such as Forms → Telegram, always verify critical data at the source (your Google Form responses). Do not rely on an App as the sole record of important information.

No Warranty

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 301.st is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost, delayed, or undelivered messages or data, arising from your use of or inability to use an App.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

When you use an App, it interacts with the platforms you have chosen — for example, Google (Forms, Apps Script, the Workspace Marketplace), the Chrome Web Store, and Telegram (the Bot API and, for Forms → Telegram, your own bot). Those platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies, which govern their handling of your use. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Changes & Termination

We may update the Apps and these terms as our products evolve or as new Apps are released under the same model. Material changes will be reflected in this document with a new effective date. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You may stop using an App at any time by removing the extension, or by removing an add-on's trigger and uninstalling it. We may discontinue an App or suspend access where necessary to comply with the law or a platform's requirements.

Support & Contact

For questions or issues with an App, contact support@301.st. For our open-source Apps, you can also open an issue on the project's GitHub repository — for Forms → Telegram, see the project's issue tracker.
