Frequently asked questions
What happens during Open Beta?
All core features are free during Open Beta, including Pro-level functionality. We use this time to stabilize pricing and understand real usage patterns before billing goes live.
When billing activates, existing accounts get advance notice and a grace period to pick a plan.
How does billing work?
Topup-based. You add funds to your account balance via Cryptomus (crypto) or Stripe (card), and we charge for your chosen plan period from the balance. No hidden auto-renewals — you always see what's being charged and when.
If your balance runs out, you enter a 7-day grace period. After that, the account drops to Free tier until topped up again.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately with a prorated charge from your balance. Downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period.
Do I need my own Cloudflare account?
Yes. 301.st orchestrates your Cloudflare account — you stay in control of zones, Workers, and credentials. We never create a CF account on your behalf or store infrastructure you can't reach directly.
Free Cloudflare accounts work fine for small inventories. You'll need a paid CF plan if you exceed CF's own free-tier limits.
What about refunds?
Unused balance is refundable within 14 days of topup. After that, balance remains on your account and can be used for future billing periods.
Billed periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — the current period runs out and you drop to Free.
